The Presets are sorting and filtering options predefined for you, so you dont have to set them manually.
These Presets choose certain predefined values for your sorting and filtering options that seem suitable, based on your current music profile, that you provided by approving and disapproving.
Adjust them manually to fit your needs once you get familiar with their effect.

Explain
Here you can change the order in which the Recommendations are displayed.
Date: The time at which the Song was Recommended.
LatestApproval: The last time the Recommendation was approved or disapproved of.
ApprovalSum: The sum of approvals - disapprovals.
ApprovalCount: The number of approvals + disapprovals.
Comments: The number of comments.
up and down mean rising or falling numbers, thus affecting the sorting directions.

You'll be able to only display Recommendations with a certain Personal Score
or by certain Musical Neighbours.
Explain
Use the Filter Options to filter certain Recommendations from the list.
...with an Approval Count higher than:
Only Recommendations that have been approved or disapproved of more often than the number you provide.
...with a Personal Score higher than:
Only Recommendations that have got a Personal Score higher than the number you provide.
...by this number of closest neighbours:
The number you provide will be the number of users whose Recommendations will be displayed,
starting with the Users on top of your neighbour list. Pick a small number to see Recommendations by the Users who have a similar music taste to yours.
Leave it blank to see everyone's Recommendations.
Other Options:
To display Recommendations by a certain User simply click
the desired Username, then dis/approved songs and then Only show User's recommendations
To display Recommendations by all Users in a Group simply click
the desired Groupname and then show recommendations by all users in this group
